WE NEED A GREAT SALESPERSON/ACCOUNT REP.! IS THAT YOU? The Hog’s Rack Premium BBQ Sauce Inc. is a BBQ sauce and Seasonings company with products in 60 large chain grocery stores located all throughout Northern/Centra/Bay Area California. We are looking for individuals who are both personable and goal-oriented and that are seeking an exciting new career in sales. As we expand our presence into more stores weekly, we would love for you to come and be a part of our rapid growth on the path to a nationwide level in the grocery retail arena. Pay: 25%-40% commission rate based on experience Job Type: Part-time, Contract Job Description: This is a commission only position-Earn up to an extra $400-600$ a week. Our portfolio includes over 60 major chain grocery retailers. The only thing we don’t have is you! We have a clear and generous commission structure that will motivate you! Responsibilities: • Be passionate, driven, highly energetic, and self-starter • Multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time • Learn the key selling points of the products in our ever-expanding sauce and seasoning portfolio, in order to build an effective sales pitch • Identifying and acquiring new customer accounts • Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with various Store Directors, ICC Managers, Assistant Managers, and DM’s • Have the ability to connect with different personalities • Represent the brand by maintaining a professional appearance and friendly demeanor • Understand sales conversation, engagement, service, setting expectations, and meeting them • Communicate digitally (phone call, zoom, Skype, email) with all stores that you have interaction with • Making weekly calls to stores • Keep detailed records of stores that you sell to i.e., when product entered the store, how much product was sold to each store in your region, and how is the product displayed in each store (shipper, shadow box, shelf) • Bi-monthly follow-up visits with all stores in your region to ensure whether more product is needed Benefits: • Flexible hours Schedule: • Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Saturday Work Location: On the road Transportation: • Must have reliable transportation to and from each assignment Travel: • Must be willing to travel throughout Northern California, Bay Area, and Central Valley (depending on the region you are assigned to) Qualifications • Valid California Driver's License • US work authorization (Preferred) • Some sales experience (Preferred) TO APPLY: Please express your interest via email to [email protected] and attach your resume and answers to all short-answer application questions to show why you're a good fit for the role.
