Ok so here is the deal, in may my grandparents passed and left my parents a home & land which they donated to me & I have yet to do anything with it for the lack of funds & horrible credit so I was hoping on a wish & a prayer there is some good faith trusting person out there that can do me a loan with the deed to my home & property as calat. & I can even have a notary type up a contract if needed I'm only asking for 600 I will be paying back 800 with in that month and You will hold my deed until so?
