41 years ago, Jimmy Carter had just been kicked out of the White House and Ronald Reagan took over. Jimmy Carter had the WORST financial record of any president in recent decades. Jimmy gave us 12% inflation. Jimmy gave us home mortgage interest rates that were pushing 20% Credit card interest rates were around 30% Gasoline was scarce and being rationed, we had to go on 'odd-even' days to get gas. This is the baseline where Reagan had to start. More recently, Obama reigned over the highest gas prices in recent history, with Biden at his side, but Biden has far outdone Obama's failures. As far as gas prices go, it's all about hating American oil and killing Capitalism, and Biden is the hands-down champion. Getting back to the changeover from Carter to Reagan; Here's a couple of things for you to chew on: Jimmy Carter handed over a terrible economy to Ronald Reagan. ** It took Reagan approximately 22 months, to completely turn around Carter's terrible economy and start making America great again. Donald Trump handed over to Biden a booming economy, 3 vaccines and a PLAN to keep America great. ** It took Joe Biden just 18 months, to completely wipe out all the gains Trump gave us and return America to the terrible Carter years. Biden's inflation rate is over 9% now and climbing. I won't be surprised if he breaks Carter's record. The overwhelming majority of workers in America work at a regular job, with 401K retirement savings, and regular 'cost-of-living' raises every year. Biden just wiped out your cost-of-living raises for the last 2 years... AND, he's done some serious damage to your 401K savings account. Jimmy Carter was the WEAKEST president we've ever had, and he was horrible with economics. Barack Obama was the most CORRUPT president we've ever had, and he was horrible with economics. Biden is the terrible, awful, evil, disgusting, perverted and dangerous combination of the two. The fact that Biden still has a 30% approval rating tells me we still have a lot of work to do, to make this country better. Too many of the 'enemy within'.
