Hello, I’m renting out the second room in my house as a studio space for a visual artist, musician, tattoo artist, or writer. The type of person who I’m looking for to rent out this studio space is reliable, honest, financially stable to pay the deposit + monthly rent ($550/ month), quiet, a good communicator, and understanding of personal boundaries as this is my home. I also own a very sweet cat who tends to follow me around, but will most likely not bother you. The second room is fairly large and can fit a desk, table, and other equipment easily. The space has large windows which bring in natural light and is in a quiet neighborhood. You’d have privacy with the door attached and also I live in the back room so you wouldn’t have to worry about disturbing me. The layout of the house is a shot gun, and is located in the upper 9th ward, two blocks away from St Claude Avenue in a quiet and charming neighborhood.
