Female Heeler 3 yr free to right home

We have a 3 year old unpspayed blue heeler free to the right home. She is usually good with other dogs but recently her and my 10 year old German Shepherd haven't been getting along. She does fine with our other dog who is younger. Until this year we haven't had any issues. I think its because my other dog is getting older and cranky. I am not sure who the instigator is but we can't get rid of our older one. If you have other dogs I would like to introduce them first just to ensure they will get along.
