I am trying to put waterproof paint on a basement wall. Unfortunately the wall is crumbly, so painting it is like trying to paint loose dirt. I need somebody with their own tools: a sander or sandblaster and a paint sprayer.
You will use your sander that can get the loose chunks off. Then with your paint sprayer I'll want you to spray this paint onto the wall.
Thats it. But if you know how to install a sump pump, then bonus, you have a little more work.
