We are hiring Maintenance help for immediate needs! Are you skilled with interior /exterior painting, appliance repair, apartment turns/make ready work, maintenance service requests, troubleshooting repair issues, installing locks/making keys, daily upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas? Do you have experience with power washing, touch up painting, replacing light bulbs in common areas, basic pool cleaning including cleaning pool furniture and pool chemical maintenance?
