This is a beginner Cricut Design Class. You will learn the basics of using the Cricut Maker and its Design Space Software.
In Design Space, you will select a font to type a word, initials or a brief saying. The instructor will review the cutting and drawing capabilities of the Cricut machine and identify its cutting tools. Once your design is ready students will learn to upload it to the Cricut Maker. You will then choose a color vinyl and learn how to mount it to a mat and load it into the Cricut Machine and cut your design into vinyl pieces. Finally you will learn the process of weeding out pieces of vinyl not necessary for your design and how to transfer your design to a tumbler glass or sign blank.
Private lessons for individuals or groups are also available. Please contact instructor for more information.
