Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) is a training program that happens in the summer and winter season of the program year. It is a great opportunity for you to learn more about Toastmasters as well as learn what your club officer role entails. The summer season of TLI begins in June and ends in August. The winter season of TLI runs from November to February. The training includes Core Officer Training (COT) and several electives. The District encourages you and all your club officers to attend both the summer and winter sessions to get the most benefit from TLIs. Trained club officers are the best predictor of a club’s success. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!
