The annual P7/CMI Summit is back, August 19th-20th at Antioch, The Apostolic Church! But this year it’s bigger and better! It will be a two-day event this year! Starting with a powerful word Friday night and all-day training on Saturday. We believe this year will be the greatest harvest our schools have ever seen! We can feel something stirring in the atmosphere of our schools. There is an expectancy in the air! That is why this year we are calling the Summit, Apostolic Ambassadors: Greater Things! In order for us to walk through this open door, we need to be equipped and empowered. We must solidify ourselves as Apostolic Ambassadors before the start of the school year. We are in this world but not of it. We are representatives of Jesus Christ and he has sent us to our school to be a light in a dark place! We are encouraging every middle school, high school, and college student to attend this year. We are believing for not only a mighty outpouring in the schools we already minister on but also for there to be an Apostolic ministry on every single college campus and middle school and high school in the MD/DC area. Like our MDDC Superintendent said at GO Conference, “we no longer need to think about souls or talk about them. We need to GO out there and reach them!” It is time for us to see souls saved in our schools! There will be focused P7/CMI tracks for the students to receive intentional instruction in their respective ministries. We are bringing back the Q&A panel with experienced CMI and P7 leaders. We always receive a wealth of insight at this session. One of our favorite aspects of the summit is when the P7ers and CMIers from around the district get to fellowship with each other during lunch. There will be food and outdoor games as the students take a brain break in between sessions! We are excited to have our MTM (Move The Mission) Offering Challenge again! We get to see who can raise more funds between P7 and CMI! The MTM offering competition was a blowout last year with CMI out giving P7. However, P7 will not let that happen this year! It will be a blast to see which ministry will have their ministry name engraved in the MTM plaque this year! Preregistration will be $15 which includes Friday night and Saturday day! Lunch and resources will be included on Saturday. If you register at the door it will be $20. We encourage you to register ahead of time!
