Snow, Asphalt, Lawn and more Qualifications: • 3 plus years’ experience with gas, diesel, construction equipment • Must have valid driver’s license • Must have a mechanics diploma • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Worked on lawn & trailer equipment • Possess or be able to obtain DOT inspector certification • Ability to work independently Job Requirements • Maintain and repair lawn equipment, company trucks, trailers, & loaders • Completing oil changes & brake checks • Order necessary parts & supplies as needed • Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on a variety of equipment • Provide routine inspections of vehicles including suspensions, steering & exhausts • Practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment, running diagnostic tests, interpreting results & offer suitable solutions • Repairing or replacing vehicle transmissions, brakes, engines, and other associated parts • Test driving repaired vehicles to gauge their performance • Conducting field visits in the event of an emergency or sudden breakdown • Ability to diagnose and repair small engines for both 2 & 4 cycle equipment • Maintaining records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles and equipment • Maintain & clean garage equipment & tools to ensure they are kept in a safe, usable condition at all times • Adhere to company work safety policies • Sound problem-solving skills • Ability to stand, bend, crouch, push/pull frequently & lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally • Positive attitude and work as a team player Benefits: Health Insurance Paid Time off 401 K w/ 4% company match
