EVENT DETAILS: The popularity of breathwork is exploding and you either just started hearing about breathwork or you have already had the pleasure of discovering it on your own. If you haven't tried it yet, I can assure you that you're in for a treat! WHAT IS BREATHWORK? BREATHWORK is a highly effective and powerful tool for directly accessing various parts of your psyche that aren't accessible in your day to day life. This allows you the ability to process emotion, releasing energy that you didnt even know was there, tapping into and making space for more experience joy, bliss, happiness, love and abundance. Not releasing this energy leads to blockages, draining our energy levels, giving us brain fog, affecting our physical and mental well-being. Unaddressed this can lead to fatigue, burnout and other forms of dis-ease and illness. IT'S TIME TO CLEAR THAT STUFF OUT! By oxygenating the entire body using a very specific breathwork technique, we are able to tap into the innate healing that exists within each of us. WHAT TO EXPECT... Breathwork is done lying down, face up, on a yoga mat in a comfortable position. Music is played for motivation and relaxation purposes. You will be guided and coached through your experience to get optimal results, using techniques that help reprogram old neuropathways that are responsible for the unhealthy/unconscious habits that are no longer serving you. Come to class with a light blanket, a pillow and an eye mask. Optional, bring some water and a journal. Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your rib cage or abdominal area. No eatting atleast 2 hours prior. Last, and maybe the most importantly, come with an open mind. Once you register begin thinking about what you'd like to get out of class by setting an intention.
