Guardianship and adoptive parents, its time to become a nature sleuth with the kids on a fall Saturday morning! Search along the Wehr Nature Center hiking trails for select plants and animals. The Wehr Nature Center offers well marked trails with many hidden treasures. Look for the beaver dam, a log cabin playhouse and the new deck over Mallard Lake. The trails are fairly short and perfect for multi-age family hiking trips. Come enjoy relaxed conversation, exercise and fresh air. Note: 3/4s of the Wehr nature trails are stroller and wheelchair accessible. The Nature Center now has access to a motorized wheelchair that makes ALL trails accessible.
