POV 1: Have a single friend whom you don't want crawling into the ugly world of dating? How about showing the world what a good person they are to help them find their next great date? POV 2: Meeting a new person is exciting but also scary. And let’s face it, stalking them on social media is not always fruitful. How about getting to know them from their friends before you go on the date? *Please Note: This show is specifically designed for single people in their 20s & 30s looking for a heterosexual connection. Here's the gist:At this specific "It's A Date" show, you'll start by introducing your single friend out to the crowd. Why do you think they are a great catch? What are their quirks that you’ve come to love? Any shenanigans that bonded you? You have 2 minutes- give us the best tea! Then you can sit back, listen to all the pitches and if you're also single, decide if you see any "testimonials" that you like ;). Our host Jaylene Tran will use the pitches to determine compatibility amongst attendees and invite rounds of people up. Your friend (or you) will then go on a very first date with a guy/gal who has been vouched for by someone who's close to them. It may be a cute story of "How I Met My Partner", it may end up a wild anecdote you tell your friends later on, you never know what can happen.
