I am the the of person that will tell you the way it is... You either got what we need from the first note or not. So if you don't have tough skin, move on... This is not American Idol... This is for a very high energy Tribute Show. Your Look, Energy & Performance Level is JUST as important as you playing and or singing... You should be dedicated and serious about your craft with the ability to travel from time to time. We do try and keep rehearsals down to a limited amount as the show is only (90) minutes and never changes. Professional equipment, quick study please.
