Description

The Practice Course is a required 30 hour companion course to the Kansas Principles of Real Estate class both courses must be completed prior to licensure.  This class includes required attendance on 8 days; August 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, & 11. All classes are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The student must attend all sessions.  Even if you get your Kansas salesperson license by like-kind requirements met in another state, you will be required to have this course completed before you receive your license. This course may be completed before or after the licensure exam, but must be completed before applying for a Kansas license.
