We're offering this one-hour class to show you how to protect yourself in close quarters against someone who is trying to kill you. You'll be able to get many repetitions in during class and will be able to immediately apply it in your everyday life if necessary. Sign up today and bring your friends! No outside weapons are allowed. Street shoes are not allowed on the mat. Wear athletic clothes and bring a water bottle.
