Solar panels and wind mills are popping up around us. Green energy is becoming a substantial part of the way we power and heat our homes and run our businesses in upstate New York. The growth of green energy is bringing jobs to the area! We represent a large group of organizations, led by Broome Tioga Workforce NY. We want to make sure employers can fill these new, high quality jobs. To do that, we need to know what applicants are looking for. If you have recently been looking for a job in installation, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, manufacturing or a related field, we want to hear about your job search experiences. We want to know things like: What are you looking for in an employer? What makes you accept/reject a job offer? What makes you want to stay in a job?To join an upcoming in-person, confidential group session, click the red "select a date" button above, and then choose the "ticket" for the date/time that works best for you.
