Enjoy a soulful Yoga experience at the Johnnie B. Wiley Amateur Athletic Sports Pavillion every Saturday at 8:00AM. There is no cost to attend however you will be required to sign a waiver before your practice begins.
Power Yoga is a low-impact, bodyweight exercise. You will receive the best possible combination of physical power, strength and flexibility. With so many health benefits, Yoga is one exercise that can improve your overall mental and physical health.
Bring your Yoga Mat and water. We will begin promptly at 8:00AM. Children who attend must participate in the Yoga practice. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian in attendance with them at all times.
