What to bring: - Yoga Mat, Blankets, pillows, eye masks, and whatever cozies and layers you want to feel comfortable laying in the grass for the duration of the sound bath - Water Bottle... stay hydrated. - Open Mind/heart and willingness to allow the sound to take you move to you and through you - Your friends! (spread the love) <3 Allizen uses nine 432hz clear quartz sound bowls and other instruments to bring the nervous system, mind and body into resonance with the powerful, healing frequencies of the earth! BONUS: This is an outdoor event, located in a chemical-free, organic garden which will allow you to safely use your feet and body to ground into the earth while being entrained by the sound frequencies.
