The Waterford Upstart Back-to-School Fiesta from 3-7 p.m. August 12, at Tiguex Park, will feature games, prizes, piñatas, food, face painters, music, and MORE! Waterford.org will be giving FREE back-to-school kits out to families with upcoming kindergarteners who sign up for Waterford Upstart (FREE at home learning program for pre-k learners). Waterford’s partners and community organizations will also be offering resources to parents and caregivers to help families and support children with learning at home."
