Press release from the Town of Shrewsbury: December 28, 2020 On November 20, 2020, the Shrewsbury Board of Health adopted a new regulation called "Restricting the Sale of Tobacco Products". This regulation will go into effect on January 4, 2021. The regulation includes, but is not limited to, limiting where adult-only retail tobacco stores may be located, conforming definitions and certain policies with legislation signed by the Governor into law in November 2019.
