Please join us for a 🌟FREE🌟 self-defense seminar covering all aspects of violence prevention - from psychological preparation to physical techniques!
During these three hours, we will cover:
➡️ how to establish verbal boundaries,
➡️ how to identify a predator,
➡️ the legal side of self-defense,
➡️ how to use improvised weapons, and
➡️ basic moves from two martial arts widely accepted as the most effective for self-defense: Krav Maga & Brazilian jiu jitsu.
In this fast-paced, women’s only event, a highly trained female instructor will start with a 45-minute presentation 🖥 on the mental aspects 🧠 of self-defense. Then, it’s on to 2-hours of physical training! 💪🏼 So, wear your athletic clothes 👟 and bring some water🥤, because you will be working up a sweat practicing various wrist releases, basic strikes, grab defenses and so much more!!
New to fitness or combat sports? 🤷🏾♀️ Limited mobility? 🤷🏼♀️ NO PROBLEM!! This seminar is designed to work for anyone - no matter experience or fitness level. 👏🏼
