The Table - Networking and learning opportunity for Small Business Xcelerators (The 21st-century small business administrator/assistant). This event is hosted by XM Performance. Our purpose is to disrupt the administrative profession by empowering Small Business Xcelerators to have a seat at The Table. In the past, administrators and assistants in the small business space have been underutilized, given marginal tasks to accomplish, and left out of the bigger conversations in the business. Our #XtraMile clients have experienced rapid xceleration by inviting their SBX into the conversation, giving them a seat at The Table where they can gain first-hand insight about what is happening in the company. The work of Business Xcelerators is unique inside the small business; frequently they operate on an island, accidentally isolated from the team. Additionally, their work on a multitude of projects and processes falls outside the core competence of other leaders in the business.
