Come join us for a fun HIIT kickboxing workout where we will go over the fundamentals of kickboxing and apply those lessons to a fun high intensity workout! Caitlin started her boxing training journey 6 years ago at Unanimous Boxing Gym in Chicago, where she eventually became a trainer and coach. Since then her fitness journey has extended to kickboxing and studying proper techniques regarding training for a healthy lifestyle and increased mobility. Stay after class for our Try and Buy Bra Event! All of our bras will be 2 for $40 for our VIPs and 2 for $55 for non-members. We will also be offering an additional special discount during this private shopping time.
