Throughout culinary school and various kitchen jobs, Florida Man AKA Old Thousand Executive Chef Jeff Brown found long-distance running, eventually becoming an ultra-marathon runner. As his training evolved, so too did his interest in fuelding himself thoughtfully with nutritious, plant-based meals.
