Calling all women (and men in support of women) to join us for a sacred cacao ceremony. We desire to celebrate the feminine energy in the world, and to acknowledge the importance of shared space among women in the community. A space we can be supported, honored, and empowered together. Cacao has been used for thousands of years as a medicine in ceremony. It is said to carry a feminine force of nature which has the vibrations of kindness, unconditional love and joy, allowing a loving connection with yourself and others. Mama cacao is healing, motherly and very gentle. She speaks to the heart. This will be our first time offering this experience in Raleigh! You can expect some light movement, meditation, and sound work with mantra and music. Bring your own mug and a blanket or mat to sit on. Cacao will be served warm.
