We are looking for a Foreman to join our team. We provide professional painting services for HOA's, multi-family homes, and commercial buildings. Why work for us? * Drive our company van * 1 week vacation after one year * Medical * Dental * Vision insurance after 90 days with the company * 401K * Paid Weekly (every Friday) * Monday-Friday (our work schedule) * We rarely work weekends Job Responsibilities *Spray, Brush, and Roll * Experience in large apartment & HOA projects *Knowledge of how to prep an area prior to painting *Must be able to set up projects, and set goals for projects *Must be able to manage crews (4-10 man crew) *Must be able to write up employees as needed *You must have a drivers license (Clean driving record) *Must be able to deal with and handle customer complaints *Have basic painting tools, such as brushes, rollers, poles, a small ladder, masker, extensions, etc. *Ability to use power tools and hand tools *Must be able to communicate and write a daily report *Must be able to train new employees *Expected to be able to start and set up crews and assignments *Must have knowledge of working a cell phone and able to operate apps. Job Qualifications *Must be bilingual (Spanish & English) *It is Imperative that you work clean and neat and present yourself in a professional manner *Must be willing to find and try new, faster ways of painting *Must be team orientated, a nice person, able to receive instruction and receive constructive criticism *Must be able to manage a crew of painters and provide all the support they may need *We will expect you to treat our customers like they are #1 and respect your fellow employees and our office staff at all times *We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and have strong work ethics.
