2 musicians looking to start band/tiny record label

hey, we're a 20 y/o bassist and 18 y/o guitarist looking for other people around our age (a drummer, second guitarist, etc.) to start a band with. Ideally you’re very enthusiastic about music and are open to multiple styles because we haven’t really figured out our sound yet and need your help in that process. We like all kinds of music (the beatles and the velvet underground are a couple of our favorites but we like everything from post punk to reggae to country to bossa nova and to hip hop; if there’s a style of music you like, there’s probably someone we like in that genre. All suggestions are welcome and will be equally considered; following experiences where this wasn’t the case, we’d like to stress the importance of this. If any of this sounds like something you’d be interested in, feel free to reach out. The second part of this post might also interest you but if it doesn’t that’s totally fine too and reach out anyway because someone else can handle it. We’re also looking to start a very very small record label that puts out our music as well as that of other musicians; when I say small I mean I’m running it out of my bedroom. Really, it’s an excuse to make and sell cassettes/cds as well as zines but considering how much work there is to a band that isn’t music related, it would be nice to have an embodied consolidation of all of that work. Still, it’ll be tons of fun if you want to help out. If you have a background in music (and specifically garageband or other mixing programs), wonderful, but if you have no idea what you're doing that's great too! I'm just looking for someone really enthusiastic about music one way or another and who wants to help create a way to help out other music lovers. I also really love cassettes and cds and have been blessed with a dual cassette deck so I figure it would be great if in addition to digital releases we could do limited cassette/cd releases but I'm getting ahead of myself.
