Description
Take the time to slow down and tune in. This 75-minute Sunset Yin Yoga & Sound Healing practice will work deeply into your body while live Sound Healing will send you into a state of deep relaxation like a full-body sound massage. Yin Yoga calms the mind and nervous system. The postures stimulate the energetic pathways in the myofascial meridians balancing the body’s internal organs and systems. The longer, mindful holds of postures practiced in periods of stillness is the perfect pairing for a sound healing journey. Yoga practice will be guided by Tiffany Jade of Lavender Lotus Yoga and Tiffany Jade Soul Alignment. The healing sounds of gong & crystal singing bowls will soothe you, raise your level of consciousness and carry you deeper into your practice. By combining these two modalities, you will enjoy the opportunity to turn inward, focus on breath and inner stillness while allowing the waves of sound to wash over you, harmonizing body, mind and spirit. Sound Healing Journey by Cassiopeia Skyfish of Blue Muse Sound Healing. Please bring a yoga mat (contact Tiffany in advance to borrow one). You are welcome to bring any yoga props you like to use, but props will not be necessary for this practice. No experience Necessary *We will start promptly at 6:30 pm. Gates close at 6:15 PM. You will need time to park and set up, so you are welcome to come as early as 5:30 to walk the labyrinth.
