This job consists of maintaining our apartment buildings within the LA, SFV, and Hawthorne areas.
Doing jobs such as patching Drywall, Installing new toilets and sinks, changing light fixtures and outlets, Flooring, fixing leaks and other basic Maintenance type of work.
- All levels of experience considered
- Have basic hand and power tools
- Have a valid driver's license and working vehicle.
