Arche Telecommunication is seeking a motivated Cell Tower Technician to join our Team continuing to grow in the telecommunication market. You will be the key member for our cutting-edge small jobs as well as large projects in telecommunication network. We will provide many opportunities for training and certification on different applications. Join our team! Minimum Duties and Responsibilities • Perform antenna and radio installation, termination, hardware mounting and grounding, testing, positioning on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures. • Run coax, RF jumpers, hybrid, and fiber cables, and apply connectors etc. • Assist on the overall job on groundwork, all tasks required to build and install a site, maintain safe work environment. • Handle transportation of equipment and basic use of hand tools. • Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned course of action. • Ensures safety standards and requirements. • Ability to learn and work with all required materials, tools and equipment needed to complete assigned work. • Work effectively both individually and with other crew members. • Willingness to take on and learn new tasks, as needed Job Requirements • Must be comfortable working at heights • Must be able to travel to work sites throughout the region • Must be able to work in inclement weather. • Travel required during the week (or weekend) • OSHA 10 Certification & CPR Certification (Preferred) What We Offer: • Weekly Pay • Paid Training • Vacation and Sick Days Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Assigned Job Sites
