Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintenance work including painting, minor electrical and/or plumbing, drywall repair, setups/breakdowns of rooms Upkeep of the common grounds and appearance of the property Drywall patches experience Experience in construction or as a handyman is beneficial Full-Time Mon-Fri 8a-4p Pay Rate: Up to $25 DOE MUST ATTACH A RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION!!
