Job Overview: Our company is looking for a fulltime, experienced powder coating professional who can work independently or with a small team to routinely execute specific powder coating jobs in a timely manner to fulfill ongoing sales order requests. Responsibilities and Duties: • Apply powder coating material to aluminum window structures. • Operate industrial grade powder gun equipment • Work with assorted hand tools as needed to perform workstation requirements. • Maintain clean work areas and follow ALL safety guidelines. • Hang painted material on racks for heat treatment. Qualifications: • Has had prior powder coating experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED). • Must be able to read and follow specific cut sheet instructions. • Firm attention to detail. • Sustain full shifts of physical labor in a warehouse environment. • Capable of lifting 75 pounds. • Able to work respectfully with others. • Flexible to work over-time if needed. • Must be Reliable.
