Help Needed Finding My Mother's Dog

Hello, My mother's dog Joey (also responds to Chewy) has gone missing. Last date he was seen was on July 10th, at roughly 1:30PM. Last known location was the corner of Cynthia Ct & Ralston Way in the unincorporated part of Hayward; Kelly Hill / Don Castro area. Chewy is a: Mutt....looks like a Shih Tzu or Maltese Golden White long curly hair, black along his beard and tips of his ears, short curly tail Male 10 - 15 lbs His hair maybe longer that what it shows in the pictures.
