Start your weekend off right!! Join us Friday July 15th for a beautiful Sound Bath in Fresno, CA! We will begin by guiding you through grounding and balancing breath work, followed by a relaxing Sound Bath. Even if you are a beginner or have never been to a Sound Bath, this is for YOU. We create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for ALL. Bring a friend! *****Our events are inclusive of ALL gender, race, sexuality, and abilities***** The sound waves produced by a beautiful combination of several crystal singing bowls, a gong, a wave drum, and flow chimes, this entire event will guide your mind and body toward deep physical & mental peace. This soothing 90 minute experience will help you turn inward and connect with your deeper self, while also reducing stress, easing anxiety, and improving insomnia.
