Inclusive. Restorative. Gentle Yoga. We'll explore the use of props, breathing techniques and meditation to facilitate a grounding and relaxing practice open to all levels. Alise Brownell is a ceritifed Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of experience in the social services field and over 30 years of practiving yoga. She strives to build an experience that is comforatble and accessible to all.
