yard clean up/landscaping

If you’re only able to do either the landscaping or the clean up that’s fine! Hit me up with a quote for whatever part you can complete. Please see photos. Yard started as waist high weeds. I have managed to get it down to what you see in pictures but it’s going too slow. I am looking for someone who can clear out the rest of the debris, till and level the soil in both the front and back. In the front I want the flower bed along the house gone but the tress and other plants are staying. In the back all the trees are staying but the dead rose bush needs to go. In terms of landscaping I really want to go with drought resistant native plants in both the front and back. Something low maintenance. If we could get away from traditional grass totally that’s a bonus. In the back we plan to add some more concrete, extending the patio and adding fire pit so that will take up some of the space. I know you will likely need to see the place before giving an official quote but if you could email just a rough idea of a price range for either the yard clean up or ideas for the landscaping (or both if you do both) along with pictures of completed jobs if you have them I would appreciate it!
