Month-to-month rental @ $700/month (utilities included) - first and last month's rent are due at signing. This is a private studio, not in a shared warehouse space - so very Covid safe. I live here and several artists and crafts people have separate private work spaces here as well. This is a securely gated property with 24/7 tenant access, communal bathrooms with utility sink, and a vibrant garden communal space. We are friendly but independent. A nice place to work. Please keep in mind that this is a work space only, not a studio apartment or live/work space. No 420 businesses. Not an ideal space for tattoo work, therapy office, on-site retail or other services that involve frequent client visitors. We cannot accommodate electric kilns, live musicians, or dogs on the property - sorry!
