Join certified breathwork instructor, Rachel Frank, for a journey to release what no longer serves you. This workshop will start off learning 3 pranayama breathwork techniques and then go into a 30-minute guided Holotropic breathwork session and be followed by her signature blindfolded somatic movement exercise along with journaling exercises to help you manifest your dreams. We'll finish the workshop with a brief Laughter Yoga session to bring you into your most blissful state and bring your manifestations to life.
Come dressed comfortably, with a journal and an open heart, blindfoldes are provided.
