The Bennett Matteo Band hails from Southern CA; Sunny East LA to be specific. They call their music "dirt funk and desert soul." It is simply, quality music that is uniquely original. BMB has a new release that hit the streets on Gulf Coast Records on May 20th and it is appropriately called "Shake the Roots." The project is headed by the wife/husband team, Jade Bennett with powerhouse vocals and Gino Matteo on guitar. Both are masters of their craft. Joined by a rhythm section that drives the beat home and gives Bennett and Matteo full freedom to deliver their unique and original music.
