***Maintenance Technician Needed***

Ferguson And Brewer Investment Company is looking for a Maintenance Technician Position in the Sacramento/Elk Grove/ Davis Area. Multi Family properties. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and Vehicle insurance. Experience strongly preferred but not required. Pay is based on experience $18-$22 per hour. MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service; HVAC (preferred) • The ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. • Excellent customer service skills, and great attention to detail • One or more years of hands-on general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, installation, and general carpentry; experience in painting is a plus. • Valid driver's license, own transportation, automobile insurance, and a good driving record • Ability to work on-call and be available for after-hours emergencies • Meet physical requirement and Successfully pass a pre-employment seven criminal history report and drug screening. JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community - Perform timely work order repairs (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) - Paint units for turnovers as directed by the Resident Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. Report all unit deficiencies and or risk management safety issues - Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace and ensure they are in proper working order, and request replacements as necessary. - Perform other duties or projects as assigned or as necessary.
