Hiring immediately! Landscape construction Foreman and Labor. Looking for guys that want to move up and grow with our company. Northern California Construction is Looking for hard working individuals with a clean driving record and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, punctuality a must. Advancement opportunities if you can learn the skill set. Must be capable of lifting 70 lbs+. Digging and running a wheelbarrow, using walk behind plate compactor and installation of artificial grass, concrete, pavers, retaining walls, drip systems etc. Most jobs within 60 miles of Sacramento, Usually between Rocklin, El Drado hills and Elk Grove areas. M-F FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT - year round Experience preferred: - Artificial Grass Installation - Excavation/ Grading - Installation of retaining walls - Installation of irrigation, plants, and hardscape - Hand and power tools - Residential and commercial landscape installations and maintenance - General construction knowledge Requirements for position: - Valid California Driver’s License - Be able to pass a drug test - Be able to follow directions - Have own transportation to jobs - Speak and understand English - Knowledge of tools and machinery used in landscape and hardscape - Able to work in a team environment or alone at times - Be able to lift at least 70lbs - Be able to do physical demanding work - Be on time to work, not 5 minutes late but on time Requirements for Foreman: -Landscape Construction experience -Valid Drivers license, clean driving record -Experience driving trucks and trailers -Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus -must have experience and references -maintenance of truck and equipment -managing crew of 2-4 -training crew -artificial turf -retaining walls -masonry -lighting -fire pits -waterfalls -pavers -operation of mini skid steers and mini excavators -pick up materials for job site -finish jobs on schedule and on budget Pay DOE General labor crew work construction outside m-f FULL TIME WORK, 401k landscaping landscape labor construction pavers concrete mechanical finisher setup grading driver heavy equipment foreman leader crew operator general labor installation prep turf drip concrete
