***Coastal Brothers Contracting is in need of a sub contractors experienced in Maintenance, for housing units in the surrounding areas of Hinesville and Savannah. Turn Key for military housing units*** We are looking for a reliable maintenance tech. Work is not limited to military housing as we do a lot of contracting in the surrounding area. Start Date: Immediately! Need someone ASAP!!!! Position: Sub-Contractor (you will receive a 1099) Maintenance Tech is paid by unit or salary depending on knowledge and skills. We are asking for a minimum of 1 year experience. Scope of work: Primarily general maintenance. Occasionally floor installation, cabinet installation, roof repair, drywall repair, tile work, etc. Work will mostly be turn key work such as fixing faucets, caulking around things, general maintenance issues in home. Materials are supplied but you must have your own tools. Also a truck or van is best to have in order to carry your tools and ***Lawn Care/ Irrigation: must be have knowledge of sprinkler/ irrigation systems. We do private and business properties on a routine schedule. You do not need to be able to have access to the Military base for this position. *** We provide all equipment for the lawncare. Must have reliable transportation for both positions and be able to enter the Military Installation for maintenance tech position(entrance requires you to obtain a pass from the main gate--items required: valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration) **** Must be able to pass background check at the gate or they will not let you access the installations. *****Anyone with a felony will not be granted access unless it has been over 10 years. Maintenance techs must provide your own tools/equipment. Maintenance items are provided for you. Deadlines will have to be met on time! You will be paid weekly upon completion of work scope. Work schedule is Monday through Friday and maybe an occasional weekend day. Must have cell phone access in order to be reached while on job sites. ****Serious inquiries only!!!
