This Course directs the participants to gather as much information as is possible relating to real estate contracts and contract negotiations. Fundamentals of drafting contracts, listing agreements, (BINSR – Buyer Inspections Notice Seller Response) buyer broker agreements and escrow settlement statements are covered. The purpose is to have the licensee understand as much as possible with these important documents and how to negotiate price, repairs, disagreement and problems.
