Have you been wanting to become a Real Estate investor but don’t know where to start? The best place to start is by partnering with an experienced and active investor. Join our team of property scouts to begin learning your market locating potential opportunities, and we’ll do the heavy lifting to work with the owner to acquire the property, and we’ll pay you every time we get deal. Start at The Simplex Group! I’m looking for people to join my real estate investing team and help me find run-down looking houses in your area. The ideal team members for us should have a long-term interest in Real Estate investing, spare time to drive their local neighborhoods, be tech-savvy w/ a smart phone, I’m looking for run-down looking houses in your area, and I will pay you $10 + per hour to find them. Your job is to find 15-20 houses per hour of driving that meet the following criteria. Examples of houses that you would look for and send to me: ● Stuffed-full mailboxes ● Broken or boarded up windows ● Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters ● Visually in bad shape ● Vacant ● Tall grass and/or ignored landscaping ● Handicap ramp ● Window unit air-conditioning units ● Hasn’t been sold in the previous 2 years I’ll give you a specific area to drive. You’ll be able to find 15-20+ houses per hour in these neighborhoods over the next week, and I’ll pay you every Friday. Please give me a text at 941-900-3941 if you’re interested.
