We are a strong Tuesday night rehearsal band. The band has leadership, a good rehearsal space and is focused. We play modern music, not the American songbook. This is not a blues or a jam band. The band has vocalists and horns. Our kit drummer's business expanded. He has to travel extensively. We need a versatile drummer/ percussionist. Our fundamental has a Latin clave (3:2. 2:3) when practical. Charts cover from Bo Diddly to Madonna. We rehearse in a professional manner. Everyone in the band is vaccinated. A nonnegotiable criteria, as members have health issues. A drummer that can change from kit to Latin percussion would be ideal. We have a conga player. The kit remains set up in the fully equipped rehearsal room. You walk in and play. We have a large printed book with a pdf delivery. Horn bands follow charts, We know where we live and understand a band this size is difficult to book. The membership is laid back, solid financially, emotionally stable and good musicians. All rehearsals are videoed and shared with the band. Initial contact through Craigslist.
