Homemade gnocchi and fresh pesto sauce CAN be a weeknight dinner for you and your family! During this 90 minute workshop, you'll make lemon ricotta gnocchi and a traditional basil pesto sauce from scratch, then learn about several different variations of pesto that you can make very easily at home. Students will enjoy eating what they made at he end of the class and receive notes and recipes so they can reproduce this meal, and enhance it, at home. Additional recipes will also be included.
