Every other Wednesday* | 6-7pm | Barnfox Livingston Manor Join in this open-level Vinyasa-style flow class meant to help stretch you out, reinvigorate your circulation, and wind you down after a day of work. Class will close with an elongated savasana and sound bath to send you home relaxed and blissed out. *Exact Dates 6/29, 7/13, 7/27, 8/10, 8/24 Things to Consider: Space is limited, so please pre-register or RSVP if you're paying cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Eventbrite sales end an hour prior to class start, but if you'd still like to come, please email, call, or text to RSVP. Dress comfortably in clothes you'll be able to move and relax in. She now resides in Hortonville with her partner, and is recognized as an Embodied Movement Practitioner with over 300 hours of Yoga Alliance certifiable training in Vinyasa, Restorative, and Bhakti styles, and incorporates her dance background into flowy transitional yoga flows and embodied movement workshops. Amanda paints soothing soundscapes with singing bowls, Koshi chimes, a steel tongue drum, and other instruments as an Alchemical Sound Guide, synthesizes healing touch, connection to Earth and elements, and sound for a unique healing experience as a Shamanic Reiki Master, and as a Women's Health and Empowerment Coach, helps women heal irregularities in their cycles by helping them reconnect to their bodies and wombs in order to stand in their full feminine power of creative expression.
