Popcorn and ceiling repair 2 feet by 1 foot jagged hole from leak

I'm looking for A PROFESSIONAL who has done MANY popcorn ceiling and hole repairs.who has references ONLY. I had a roof leak about 6 months ago and had the roof fixed but not my ceiling. I had to make the hole big enough to fit my head and arm with a flashlight to see where the water was leaking from and to get an idea of if there were any other leaks or damage and remove any water logged ceiling. The roof was fixed long ago and I was going to watch some videos and still may to try and fix it myself if there are no reasonably priced takers to this ad.I don't have any pics because I have a piece of cardboard screwed in over the hole pretty well right now and would rather not take it down but can.Looking for bids on how much to fix the hole and repair the ceiling. If the price is resonable and it turns out well, I may want the room painted also.
